This is an eatery that the Venetian locals frequent so it does say a lot about the authenticity of its dishes. On the nit picking side, the pasta we had on the night were a tad salty. The desert menu was limited.

This is a great little restaurant. The menu focuses mostly on seafood, but there’s something for everyone. We had the tuna steak and chicken—both were high-quality, delicious, and full of flavor. The service was friendly and efficient.

Nice quiet neighborhood in Venice, just steps away from the Grand Canal. Next to our hotel, we found the most wonderful meal. For only 15€ you get Carbonara, potatoes, a glass of wine & cafe at the end.

The food was delicious, Book in advanve as it gets busy! Recommend by out host and truly met the expectations. Italian music outside would be nice, but not a must!

Osteria Mocenigo – Venice, Italy ???????? A cozy Venetian osteria with a rustic and welcoming vibe. The seafood is excellent —the juicy mussels were a standout, fresh and full of flavor. Paired with homemade pasta and local specialties like sarde in saor, the meal felt truly Venetian. Friendly service and fair prices for the quality make this a great place to enjoy authentic dishes in Venice.
